All participants are required to fully understand and comply with these documents.

Submit Your Application on the NIMUN Portal & Pay the Registration Fee

Once your application is submitted on the official portal, you confirm that you:

• Have read and agreed to all NIMUN'26 policies

• Acknowledge the terms and conditions

• Are a currently enrolled university student

Your application will only be considered after the non-refundable Registration Fee is paid.

You will receive an email invoice with a secure payment link after submission.

NIMUN Review Process

Applications undergo an internal review by the NIMUN Secretariat.

Timelines for decisions may vary depending on registration volume and internal processing.

Pay Delegate Fees

Upon acceptance, you will receive a separate Delegate Fee invoice via email.

All fee details, submission deadlines, and refund rules are available in the Conference Policies.

Submit Committee & Country/Portfolio Preferences

Accepted applicants will receive a form via email to indicate their:

• Committee choices

• Country or portfolio preferences

These submissions assist the Allocations Team in assigning positions appropriately.

Apply for Accommodation (If Required)

Delegates traveling from outside Islamabad and Rawalpindi may apply for NIMUN-managed accommodation.

The Accommodations Team will share complete details, including packages, pricing, rules, and facilities, on the website.

Download, Sign & Upload the Delegate Policy Acknowledgement

Download the Delegate Policy Acknowledgement Form from the Information section.

You must:

• Download the form

• Sign it (digitally or manually)

• Upload the completed version to your NIMUN portal application

This is a mandatory requirement for all delegates.
